I want to bring forward an argumentation chain. The well known German therapist R. Wall in 1940-s conducted a research on the electric signals influence on the human organs. He discovered the fact that the organs reacted to the signal frequency in the band below 100 Hz. Organs behave like resonators, responding to the exact frequency of the outer signal. These resonant frequencies are very stable at health organs, and deviate in case of some pathology. R. Wall draw up a table of the resonant frequencies of the human body organs. These frequencies are used nowadays in electromagnetic therapy devices, which show 85 % clinical proven effectiveness. Electromagnetic therapy devices generate weak electromagnetic fields on the frequencies of healthy organs to achieve the curative effect. You see the point that frequency of the electromagnetic field is more important than the magnitude? But in Russian official state regulations on the electromagnetic safety only magnitude values are fixed! I think in other countries the situation is the same. Nobody gave a thought about frequencies when these regulations were written! I only assume that the long term influence with the frequency that slightly differs from the organ resonant frequency may lead to functional deviation and pathology.
The mains system frequency is 50 Hz, and in some countries it is 60 Hz. It is not an absolutely stable parameter. It randomly deviates plus minus several percents from the nominal value. Now let’s look at the organ frequencies tables to see if there are some frequencies that coincide or near the mains system frequency. I do not pretend to give a full list. My aim is to point out the principle. In fact every organ has several characteristic frequencies. To what changes may lead the influence that near only one of them is to be estimated by the professionals, but do You want to conduct an experiment with Your own health? I certainly don’t!

High frequency signals pose another problem. Cell phones, computers, Blue Tooth and other equipment works with code signals and transmits these codes. Let me give You a simplified example: when You encounter with the telephone line interferences You have to speak loudly, to strain Your ears or even to ask Your interlocutor to repeat something. All these nuisances are about the additional energy You need to spend! The same with the organism. FSC  should  be  put  upon  the photographs.  The  photographs  should  not  be  older  than  a couple of  years.  And  it  should  be  an  ordinary  photographs,  not  a  digital  ones.  Because  a  change  in the Earth magnetic field characteristics took  place  3  years  before.  I  had  run  into  these  already,  not  only  with  photographs.  Old  photographs   were  taken  in  an  old  dynamical  reality,  and  a  sensitive  layer  still  stays  in  it.   And  it  is  dangerous  to  try  to  transfer  those  reality  rhythms   on   oneself.  Somehow  a  photographs  keeps  a  very  “thin”  information  -  what  we  name  the  karmic  connections – somebody  has  sinned  and  has  to  work  it  out.  And  these  is  a  major  danger  in  working  with  the  photographs.  Trying  to  help  somebody  you  can  find  yourself  in  the   same  situation,  in  case  you  do  not  know  exactly  how  to  work  safely.  Work  by  photographs  with  yourself  and  closest  relatives   only.
You’ve   mentioned   that  an  FSC  affects  alive  and  liquid  objects.  But  a  photographs  is  not  alive  and  is  not  liquid.  How  does   it  work?
It’s  a  substitute  for  your  waveguides.  It  is  an  image  to  be  affected.   On  a   photograph   it’s  in  a  ready  form.  It  is  multi  frequency  picture  that  identifies  the  influence  object.  For  example:  if  you  put  an  FSC  on  your  husband  photograph  and  want  to work  with  yourself  -  nothing  will  happened.  On  the  photograph  example  it  became  clear  that  we  should  deal  with  picturesque  information.  We  should  work  with  a  complex  multi  frequency  picture.  We  discovered  that   light  and  shadow  reproduction  is  more  correct  at  the  black  and  white  pictures.  It  seems  that  a  color  one  is  better,   but  less  accurate  light  and  shadow  reproduction  plays  a  decisive  role.  Black  and  white  pictures  work  better.
The unusual concept – like everything connected with the Function State Correctors. The similar principals could be applied to hair. A hair is a natural waveguide with the DNA  direct indication to the person. By the words of  S. V. Koltsov a bunch of hair out on the FSC helps a person despite the distance. The connection is put into effect through the Earth magnetic field.

Cosmetology

Cosmetology is also a very hot topic, and a lot could be done with the information based influence of the Functional State Correctors. To tell the truth, I am not a specialist in cosmetology, in this Elert You would not find any recipes; I am addressing You with another message – “There is an alternative to cosmetology surgery, and a number of other expensive methods”. At first I did not had an intention to overload my Elerts with the FSC implementation principals, but little by little I’m doing this to illustrate the approach. I wrote a lot about water structuring. Liniments could be structured as well. It could be done in order to fight blood pressure, or treat joints. But it is possible to add valuable cosmetology properties to the chirpiest child liniment by means of putting it upon the desired FSC device for several minutes. Some interesting facts

Deliberately  FSC’s   size  is   made  multiple  of  these  wavelength.  FSC’s  size  is  ten  times  shorter  -  78  mm.  So some  harmonica  will  definitely  strike  the A  note.  All  music  instruments  in  any  orchestra  are   tuned  with  these  wary  note.  Violin  players  do  another  additional  operation  attune  the  tempered  scale,  wish  meets  the  root  of  two  principle.  These  self-similarity  principle  is  also  implemented  in  the  construction  of  FSCs.  The  cross-section  dimension  is  55  mm.  If  you dived  one  onto  another  you  will  get   exactly  the  root  of   two.  There  is  no  any  coincidence  in  the  construction of the FSC devices.  A  great  attention  was  paid  to  follow  self-similarity  principles.  We  tried to  achieve  a  deep  level  of  multi – frequency  resonance.   Hilda  Clark  wrote  that  she  defined    what  frequency  every  organ   works  at.  As  control systems  specialist  I  tell  you  that  if  it  were  true,  we  would  corpses  long  time  ago.  If it  were  one  frequency  resonance  we  would  resonate  with  something  long  ago  -  there  is  a  lot of  generators  around  us  -  and  we  would  fell  into  pieces.  Why we do  not  fell  into  pieces?  Because  a  living  system  is  built  in  a  more  complicated  way.  To do  that  a  wary  complex  chord  should  be  taken  and  held  for  considerable  time.  If  we  get  into  such  a  chord,  why  do  not  we  fell  into  pieces?   Because  it  should  “sound”   for  sufficient  amount  of  time.   We  are  not  influenced  long  enough  to  disintegrate.  So  here  we  are – alive  and  vigorous.  The  Nature  was  wary  wise  to   organize  all  living  systems,  and  to  give  all  of them  a  possibility  to  live  a  long  life.
